Our biggest apartment complex to date is a state of the art development on Newcastle Street by renowned Perth developers, Psaros. At 13 storey’s it includes, car park, commercial tenancies and 96 apartments. FFS have been engaged to install a full fire detection and emergency warning &Intercommunication system (EWIS) to AS1670.4-2004. This will also include controls of the stair pressure fans, sprinkler and pump monitoring and various interfaces throughout the building. The new fire system will be housed in a fire control room on the ground floor for ease of access for the attending fire brigade.
